For every facility we agree which areas are needed, at what frequency and in what mode. The scope is written down so both sides share one definition of the service.
Recurring cleaning

Common area maintenance

Multi-tenant buildings and facilities with shared areas, where cleanliness is visible to every user.

- Stairwells, corridors, lifts
- Entrances, vestibules and approach zones
- Glazed surfaces in common areas
- Order in generally accessible technical rooms
Post-works and pre-handover cleaning
Who it is for
Facilities after refurbishment, fit-out or conversion, being prepared for handover or occupation.
What it covers
- Removal of construction dust from surfaces and finishes
- Deep cleaning of floors and joinery
- Cleaning of glazing and profiles after works
- Preparing the facility for handover to its user
Glazed surface cleaning
Who it is for
Facilities with substantial glazing, shopfronts and façades within safe access range.
What it covers
- Shopfronts, internal glazing and doors
- Profiles, sills and associated elements
- Delivered periodically or on request
Sanitary service and consumables

Facilities where the availability of washroom consumables directly affects user comfort.
